First floor bathroom

Three story house, originally built in 1898... Complete gut renovation. The one story house is on the same property, and was restored into a 3 room gallery.

This foyer and staircase were renovated, along with the rest of the home.

This old barn became an artists studio. The inside was rebuilt with cinder blocks and cement, new windows and a new corrugated plastic roof. The doors were designed and ordered, and I painted them in a distressed barn style.

This kitchen needed to move into the 21st century. It included new floors, new cabinets, lighting, appliances, and a door separating the kitchen from the laundry room/butlers pantry.

The covered porch has new bluestone, furniture, window boxes, and paint. The astroturf just had to go!
